About Us
DR Scotch Whisky was established in 2012 by Doug Ross after spending over 25 years in the Whisky Industry in various capacities including the Distillery owner/Managing Director of Tullibardine Distillery which he re-commissioned from a mothballed state. Christine Barnes joined Doug in 2013 after several years in the Industry and provides financial and daily operational management. As a qualified Management Accountant, Christine ensures our business complies with the many regulations within the Industry and sets our long term strategies – although fails to manage Doug’s “absence” in the summer season when he is regularly to be found on “Courses”!
Our complimentary skill sets and aligned business principles of honesty, integrity and high standards both within the products we offer as well as the service provided ensures that our customers and suppliers are treated equally and with the utmost respect.
We supply and purchase new and mature single and blended Scotch Whisky principally in casks but also in tankers.
